Delivery to mainland UK addresses costs £4.99.

When £75 or more is spent (excluding e-cards and Traidcraft Household products), delivery to mainland UK addresses is free. 

We aim to deliver within 5 working days via Royal Mail. 

For Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man, delivery costs £19.99.

Delivery for Crackerless Christmas is free. We aim to deliver via Royal Mail within 5 working days. 

Traidcraft Household

A delivery charge of £4 will be applied to any order containing up to £20 of Traidcraft Household products. For £20 and over, delivery of those products is FREE.

The UK shipping zone for Traidcraft Toilet roll includes the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man but does not include the UK Channel Islands or British Overseas Territories.

All orders should be delivered within 2-5 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: Traidcraft Household products are delivered from a different location to other Traidcraft products. Therefore, those products will arrive seperately, and these seperate shipping costs are applied. 

Gifts for Life e-cards

E-cards are digital products and therefore have no shipping cost. They do not contribute to the £75 free shipping threshold.
