Tania is the secretary of a group of 30 women in Bangladesh who came together for training on farming techniques, so they can earn more, grow more, and invest in their families’ futures. Women like Tania are developing financial independence, thriving in leadership positions and making their voices heard – and the money raised from Transform Trade Christmas cards will allow us to support even more farmers and workers like her.
